Hi, I'm Chef William (Billy) Kuntz,
Personal Culinary Instructor &
Yoga Teacher in Erie, PA.

Born and raised in Erie, PA-My passion for food comes from a childhood of living "farm to table" which has informed my mission to help people understand where their food comes from, and, how to plan and prepare their meals while shedding their fears of cooking.  I love the feeling I get when my clients find success connecting food and wellness.

About Me

A 30+ year career in food service taught me the importance of caring for the mind and body, but not just with food. Teaching yoga has added to my ability to care for my clients and  show them that self care is not selfish.

From the grocery store to table I can help you save money, gain flavor, and find inspiration in the kitchen.

Yoga Fit Trained.
My classes are a safe and relaxing mix of Vinyasa and Hatha styles that will strengthen and stretch in equal measure.

  • Chair Assisted Classes offer a rigorous program of movement with the chair and props for support combined with standing postures.

  • Multi-Level Classes offer a traditional yoga class experience with the coaching and modifications that will remove most obstacles.
