Walking Yoga Begins Today!

I am so excited and proud to bring this practice to the community! Traditionally, walking yoga is a practice of mindfulness. We will be enhancing this with a variety of breathing practices and standing yoga poses in the beautiful wooded setting of Scott Park. If you weren’t able to join us for the summer session, we are discussing a fall series as well.
