Our class styles include private consult,
single session group classes and
multi class "boot camp" formats. Wellness in mind and body are the goal and weight loss is the positive side effect.

Independent Learning

Our book "90 Days To A New You;
No Restrictions, Just Results!" will lead the reader on their journey through goal setting, mindfulness and cooking lessons with a series of short term lessons that accumulate into successful transformations.
